::: How to order? :::
In our catalogue you will see our products with a photo and a description. At the right part you see an icon  that will put the products of your interest in your "shopping cart" once you click on it.
Click on the icon of the articles that you are interested in.
On the left side there is a window named "My shopping cart", here you will find the articles of your interest and that have been added to your cart.
If you want more items of the same product you can change the quantity in the window "quantity" .
You are able to erase any articles that you are not interested in. Once completed you can click "Update".
The following step will be to fill out the form on the side with your data and clic the button "Place order".
Within 48 hours "De Tropen" ® will contact you about delivery and payment conditions of your order.
::: Transportation costs :::
- For orders with delivery within in the Province of Granada the transport will be realised by the fleet of "De Tropen" ® and is included in the price for all the orders exept decoration articles.
- For deliveries in the rest of the Peninsula, the transport will be realised by a transportagency and these costs are also included in the price.
- For shipments to the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands we request you to consult the conditions.
- Deliveries realised by "De Tropen" ® own fleet will be in the house of the client, unpacked and assembled if necessary.
- When the delivery is realised by the transportgency the goods will be delivered on the ground floor or in the vestibule of the client and this does not include unpacking or assembly of the goods.
::: How to buy? :::
In order to buy we will need the confirmation of the client.
Once we have your confirmation and approval of the order we will get in contact with you to consult the invoicing and delivery specifications in order to be able to complete the order.
::: How to pay? :::
- 30% at confirmation of the order.
- 70% remaining of the amount before delivery of the order (when the goods are delivered by agency).
If the delivery will be done by "De Tropen" ® the remaining payment of 70% can be done at delivery of the goods in your home.
MODES OF PAYMENT
- Cash (in our showroom in Motril or our office in Salobreña),
- transfer by bank
- Cash transfer at your own bank
- Credit card, (in our showroom in Motril)
- Bankcheque.
